Municipal Automated Energy Management System
MAEMS The Municipal Automated Energy Management System (MAEMS) is a complex of software and technical tools for remote energy consumption monitoring, with the ability for real-time remote control of Individual Thermal Points (ITPs). The system is multi-level, hierarchical, and provides automated energy resource accounting based on data received directly from heat meters, electrical energy meters, cold water meters, as well as collects information about emergency signals and indoor air temperature using GSM communication with objects. Manual data input is also supported.
The main advantages of this system include the ability to centrally monitor even minor changes in energy consumption at various objects and to react promptly to deviations and emergencies. Additionally, it allows for adjusting temperature modes in buildings without the need to visit the physical sites (remote equipment control for ITPs).
The creation and implementation of MAEMS provide several benefits for users:
- Real-time analysis of energy consumption for individual objects and groups of objects.
- Remote control of Individual Thermal Points for individual and groups of objects.
- Comparative analysis of energy consumption for buildings.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of implementing energy-saving measures.
- Support for both manual and automatic meter readings input.
- Energy Efficiency Center.
