Перед-тендерна зустріч для Учасників тендеру із представниками Замовника відбудеться онлайн о 12:00, 13 листопада 2024 року через сервіс Zoom. Запланована тривалість перед-тендерної зустрічі – 40 хвилин. Просимо зацікавлених Учасників завчасно до онлайн – зустрічі:
– визначити своїх представників та направити контакти для підключення;
– подати питання, які вже виникли на цьому етапі, по суті тендеру в письмовій формі на електронні адреси замовника: adc@kyivesko.com.ua ; v.sklyarenko@kyivesko.com.ua.
На перед-тендерній зустрічі учасникам торгів представлять структуру та основні вимоги тендерної документації, а також нададуть відповіді на запитання щодо підготовки тендерних пропозицій.
Invitation to the pre-tender meeting!
We invite all interested tenderers to take part in the pre-tender meeting for the tender “Implementation of construction work under the project “Capital repair of individual heating substations and heating systems in public buildings of Kiev” Lot 19 (3 sites).
The pre-tender meeting for tenderers with representatives of the employer will take place online at 12:00, November 13, 2024 through the Zoom service.
Planned duration of the pre-tender meeting is 40 minutes. We ask interested tenderers in advance for the online meeting:
– to identify their representatives and send contacts for connection;
– to submit questions, which already arisen at this stage, on the merits of the tender in writing to the employer’s email addresses: adc@kyivesko.com.ua ; v.sklyarenko@kyivesko.com.ua.
At the pre-tender meeting, tenderers will be able presented with the structure and the main requirements of the tender documentation, as well as will be provided with the answers to questions on the preparation of bids.
