We invite all interested tenderers to take part in the pre-tender meeting for the tender ” Construction works on replacement of windows/doors with energy efficient ones and roof repairs with insulation (including development of design documentation) within project «Capital repairs of individual heating substations and heating systems in public buildings of Kyiv» Lot 16.
The pre-tender meeting for tenderers with representatives of the employer will take place online at 12:00, September 06, 2022 through the Zoom service.
Planned duration of the pre-tender meeting is 40 minutes. We ask interested tenderers in advance for the online meeting:
– to identify their representatives and send contacts for connection; – to submit questions, which already arisen at this stage, on the merits of the tender in writing to the employer’s email addresses: adc@kyivesko.com.ua ; v.sklyarenko@kyivesko.com.ua .
At the pre-tender meeting, tenderers will be able presented with the structure and the main requirements of the tender documentation, as well as will be provided with the answers to questions on the preparation of bids.
